Upgrading from 10.2.1 to 10.6 Documentation?

Our current NPM environment is 10.2.1, and we are planning for an upgrade to 10.6. However, we cannot find any upgrade documentation. The only documentation we can find is upgrading to version 10. Can someone point me to the right location for the upgrade documentation, or instruct on how to upgrade?
