Limiting groups in summary view

Can a summary view page be limited to show only specific groups that are in a subnet?

I currenty have summary views limited by IP address (Eg. 10.80.51.*). When I look at the page it shows all groups in our entire network rather than the limited groups. ("All groups" window). The groups that are in the IP filter show Green, and all the other groups show grey.

The view limitation will only allow me to enter one filter so i cant put a group filter in aswell.

Should i go about limiting the view another way?

Why not just limit it to IP address and only select the ones that are in the groups?

I have limited the page by IP. But ALL groups show on the page. I would only like to see the groups within the specified IP range. The groups I would like to see show up as green and the one I done want show up as Grey.
