We have tipping point IPS and how can we do configuration management with Orion NCM, because currently SNMP is OK but when trying to download, edit/view confguration, it times out.

This device downloads its config as a ".pkg" file and not text file.
NCM can only handle txt-based config files (no binary or other format).
There is no workaround.
