Manual baseline?

Is there a way to build a Cisco configuration template to use as a baseline configuration?  I have configured all my WAN routers the same way (cookie-cutter) for ease of management.  The only difference between routers are the IP addresses.  I would like to take the "cookie cutter" configuration and use it as a baseline to compare my routers. to ensure they are all syncronized.

Is there a way to do this?  If not, can I ask for an enhancement to NCM?

You can always compare any config against any other config in NCM (even on different devices).  However, it sounds like you want a report that ignores certain parameters (e.g. IP addresses) in the comparison and lets you know where it's divergent.

This isn't possible today, but this request makes a lot of sense.    For internal folks, I'm tracking this as #4245
