NCM devices access issues

Hi to everybody, I installed a trial version of NCM for test and study purpose.

I discovered my network and then I setup credential for access to network devices (from File / Setting / Global Macro Setting) and I download correctly my Cisco devices configuration.

Now I have an issue with my Enterasys devices:

1) I have different credential for this devices. Where I can setup it? Can I have a set of credentials?

2) When I try to download configuration from Enterasys devices, I obtain this error:Cannot enter Enable Level 0: % Invalid input detected at ^ marker. Device IP: xx.xx.xx.xx

What can I do?

since that device does not utilize an enable level you need to go into the web interface and disable the enable level

here is a screenshot for you, just change this to "no enable login"

I check my configuratio: is the same!

after check I tried to download Running configuration but I obtained the error

"Cannot enter Enable Level 0 : % Invalid input detected at '^' marker."

The error indicates you set the enable level to 0.

Set it to "No Enable".
