I recently configured NBAR2 on all of my routers, and they're all successfully reporting back to SolarWinds.
However, I have a few remote sites where I only have a NetFlow-enabled switch and no router that I can configure, so I was attempting to configure NBAR2 on them as well. NetFlow works fine on them, but I've been unable to get NBAR2 information to appear in SolarWinds from them.
I've been following guides HERE and HERE, my guess is that since the switches don't use the same NetFlow commands, not being able to apply a command of 'collect application name' might be causing the issue (for switches it's 'match application name').
The switches I'm testing with are a Cisco model 9300, and a Cisco model 3850. When I apply my NBAR2 configuration to them, I don't receive any NBAR2 information, and NetFlow also stops communicating with SolarWinds.
I'm currently running SolarWinds Orion 2019.4 HF2. I also tried to force a manual poll, but this did not resolve the issue either.
