Cirrus v4.0 - Reload Script failing

I am probably doing something silly, but if I execute a simple script

reload

on a Cisco ASA5505, it fails with the error:

10.5.30.2 (10.5.30.2)
reload
y
^
ERROR: % Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

Any help/tips appreciated

Hi Duxford--

Are you on active maintenance b/c we are now at NCM (formerly Cirrus) 6.1. If you are on active maintenance, you can upgrade for free via your customer portal.

It appears that the user NCM is using to login with doesn't have proper access to perform a show startup, which is why the device is returning invalid command.

Have you configured enable access for the user account NCM is using?

Can you enable session tracing (file > settings > session tracing) and post the results of a download config? You can find session traces in <install dir>\Configuration Management\Session-Tracing.
