I have a current Orion NPM & NTA installation that has been running for months now. I have two orion "back door" accounts configured and 5 windows based accounts configured. We are currently in evaluation mode for the APM module and no existing accounts have problems modifying the monitors and components. However I tried to add another user today with just permissions to view and edit within the APM, and he isn't able to see the "manage applications" or "edit application monitor" buttons. I tried to then mimick the account settings that our admins have and he still cannot see them. I tried creating new Orion account for testing, but those functions were still not showing up. Other accounts perform as configured when logged in on that machine and I had him clear his browser cache and re-login.
Does anyone know why this has all of the sudden happened and why I can't create new users that can modify elements of the APM?
