Netflow-single IP monitoring

hello

i am a new user of netflow. i downloaded the software and enabled it on my network ( several routers, i started by enablng netflow on 3 routers)

I am facing a problem when trying to search activity of one single endpoint ( search netflow endpoint):

-  sometimes the IP search gives me a result and shows the router that the traffic of the IP is passing through and give me graphs of this IP only

- sometimes the same search , give a different page and forward my request to an new page named

Build a Router Filtered View

and i have to select a router , and it gives me the traffic of the whole router not the single IP i am searching

 

ANy idea what is the problem ?

Same thing happens to me too. Sometimes it searches for the IP, sometimes it shows me the "build a router filter view".
