Reg. License Renewal

Hi,

I had renewed NPM SL500 and in my customer portal login, I find the new activation key. I would like to know the procedure that need to be followed in the customer portal and the NPM server to activate the renewal license key.

 

Note : This is not a upgrade license, its just a renewal key.

This is how you also update the licenses. Let me know if this works....

1. Click Start > All Programs > SolarWinds > SolarWinds License Manager.

2. Click Upgrade in the Action column next to the products for which you want to upgrade the license on this computer.

3. Complete the Activation wizard to upgrade your license
