Ad-hoc jobs constantly running

I am trying to perform a simple config download through the web console and I can't seem to get it to work because there are jobs stuck in the "Initializing" state on the Transfer Status page. I cannot cancel or clear them from this page - clicking on the buttons produces no discernible results. I've tried different browsers and logging on to cancel as different users and nothing works. How can I kill these jobs?

I applied a hot fix to resolve this issue and all seems to be working fine now.

Have you tried using the NCM application instead to do this? Does it work there?

Also what version of NCM do you have installed? And do you have any other components like NPM installed?

What hot fix? I can't find one. I'm currently running NCM 7.1.1 and I have 4 config backup jobs stuck in a transferring state and I can't cancel them.

I believe it was the NCM 7.1 Hotfix 2. I still see some jobs "running", but I can at least get other tasks to work properly.
