Posting IMAGES

This is directed to the forum administrators...

I figured it would be useful and interesting for everyone to share their customised pages in Solarwinds (omitting confidential information of course). There doesn't appear to be any way of posting images to this forum. I can understand the admin could be too much, but has this been considered? Otherwise perhaps one could form a Yahoo! group/album or something similar?

Images are now enabled in this forum.

Here's an example:

To include images in a post, you enclose the link in [img] and [/img] tags.
The image above was encoded using the following :
[img]www.solarwinds.net/.../Index218.jpg[/img]

As I understand, I have to include an HTML link in my post. If this is the case, how do I get the image on the forum in the first place?

My guess is that you have to get your image on a web server somewhere, then put a link to it within the img tags as shown.

I think I know what is happening. I published that image on my briefcase.yahoo site, that link to access an image directly is scrambled each day. Here is todays link - you'll notice the end is slightly different.

So I just need a website to host the images. In the meantime if you travel to uk.briefcase.yahoo.com/phil_winterhalder then click on Solarwinds folder and then the image - you'll see it.
