Using PowerOrion to set the "manage by NCM" property on a node to yes after adding it to NCM.

I have an instance of Solarwinds NCM Orion Platform 2015.1.2, NCM 7.4. I can add a node with no issues, but I would like to make sure its defaulted to “managed by NCM”. I’ll be adding nodes in bulk and going back to find each of these devices and selecting the option per device leaves to much room for human error or one to be skipped. Is there already a way to add that property using the API?
