Hello, I'm trying to use NCM to run some commands on a device and save the output. From what I have found on the command list page and other information: (Pre-command and command template variables - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support) it should be working, but it just keeps staying in the "Downloading" transfer status state.
I looked on the server for the NCM logs to see what is occurring, but I was unable to locate it in the logs.
I was looking here: C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\NCM
I verified the command structure by using web SSH to the device etc.
Anyway here is the command structure when SSH into the device manually:
After logging in
port 2/2 hit enter
term hit enter
vss hit enter
This is where I need to save the output.
Here is the device template XML, this correct?
