Syslog Viewer and Log forwarder for windows

Hello All,

I downloaded windows log forwarder from customer portal and installed it on one of our asiapac DC(domain controllers) so that i can configure AD alerts like when new user created, locked or disabled(event id's 4740,4725,4720). I select Security on the left pane and input these id's but it does not generate any events in the preview below and is blank.

Also none of the events show up in the Syslog viewer as well. we already have this configured for NA domains.I also checked syslog viewer services are running. Any suggestions most welcome. Thanks
