Hi All,
We have purchased an upgrade from SAM AL1100 (1100 nodes) to Unlimited. From the payment perspective upgrade went smoothly 
and I can see an "ALX" code for our SAM product in Customer Portal, which I assume means "Unlimited". However, I am struggling to find a way how to upgrade this on the Orion server itself. It is still showing AL1100.
By trying to go through START > ... > Server & Application Monitor Licensing I get the following and there seems to be no way to change it to ALX.
Any help from anyone would be much appreciated
