Secondary Solarwinds SQL Server dose not sync with the primary one

I have 3 solarwinds server

1.Primary Server

2.Secondary Server

3.Additional Poller

Primary and secondary server have fail over engine and HA ability , but when primary server goes down or interrupted the secondary server comes up BUT the secondary SQL Server has no data.

in other words the primary SQL Server have no data replication with the secondary sql server.

In server management console everything is OK and normal.

How can i create the data replication between primary and secondary server.

a) set up sqlserver replication between the two using the same interface use for failover replication

[see Setting Up Database Mirroring]

b) replicate the database files, configure the slave instance to use those database files, and figure out a way to only have one instance of SQLserver running...

[I could figure out a way to do this, but I have no way to test it outside of my production environment]
