Download location for NPM 9.1 ?

Can anyone point me in the direction of a location where I can download NPM 9.1, I'm currently on 8.5 and want to upgrade to 9.5 but I understand that I need to upgrade to 9.1 first.

The only version available within my Customer Portal is 9.5, which doesn't help me and the Support Case I opened late yesterday got closed without reason before they supposedly went home for the weekend.

I would really like to perform the upgrade this weekend; If anyone can help I'd be much appreciative.

I just got an email back from the Support Manager and he said he resent the email to you with the download link

You typically get older downloads from support. Can you give me your support case number so I can look into it please.

Thanks for your reply, cool that's what I feared.

This is the original case number I opened yesterday 123171. I then opened case number 123247 today to ask why they shut the original case without any resolution :-)

Thanks in advance for any assistance you might be able to provide.

I just looked at that case and the support rep replied with a link to down an 9.1 install for an SL250 license, did you not get that email back? If you go into the customer support portal and click on your cases, can you see the case they closed and look at it?

Thanks for going out of your way and taking the time to look at this for me.

So that's good news, but no I didn't get the email, I only got the original "case created" email, but nothing after that, which is strange!

I did also go in to look at my case within the portal this morning. But there's no active links on the aforementioned case which would enable me to open it and see the contents, which is even stranger as I thought you'd be able to view the contents of cases even if they are closed?
