No e-mail from Report Scheduler

Question

Hello---

When we run a test report from the scheduler, nothing is happening - I've tried everything as far as the settings.

Does report scheduler create any log where I can see what's going wrong? (not sure if it's the page access or something with SMTP etc)

I've got a similar issue here and I've followed the steps as listed above but with no resolution. Could anyone out there provide a solution to this.

This problem occured to us when we installed SSL on the orion server.

I went to Manage->Local Users and Groups->Users and there is not a 'NETWORK SERVICE' account listed.

The only similar item I see is a 'Network Configuration Operators' group.

One suggestion I have is you might add permissions to the NETWORK SERVICE account via
computer management. Add this user to the administrators group and remove all
other groups from this user. From here please verify this user still has full
control over the InetPub\SolarWinds folder. Once verified restart IIS.
