APC Environmental Monitoring and NPM v8.1

All,
I have NPM v8.1, but i will monitor the APC Environmental Monitoring Unit (temp, humidity).

I have download the MIBs of APC.

The interface up is "lance". They graph of lance are strange.

I would like configure alert from temp and humidity.

Please you help me?
