NCM 6.0 Cisco Chassis ID (Serial Number)

Hi,

There's a report already in NCM that I can use to list Cisco inventory including the Chassis ID. When I ran this, the Chassis ID and Chassis Serial Number is blank. Is there a fix for this? Do I need to a specific Cisco IOS running on my routers?

I have a "Physical Entities (Serial Number) report available that shows the Cisco Chasses' serial numbers, but I'm running NCM 6.1.  I found this report at

Reports / View a Report / Select a Report / Inventory / Physical Entities (Serial Number)
