Unreal Packet loss

Hi all,
Recently I upgraded the solarwinds 7.2 to 7.8.55 and I can see that nodes with 40% average packet losses in the old version has been reduced to 0% packet loss in the new one ,how ever in reality they have packet loss.
Also in response time/Packet loss graphs, the average packet loss unit is %-- ms.
Has anyone else come across this problem and come up with any way of getting round it?
I've put the timeout settings to minimum (10sec) and the 'Response Time Retry Count' value in registry to 0.

There was a bug in Version 7.2 that caused the polling engine to falsely report packet loss. especially on nodes which were on the same subnet as the Orion polling server.

Thanks NG - DO you have any idea of what can be the packet loss unit problem ? as I mentioned in the above, under the graph the packet loss unit is milisecond.
