Not able to configure Adv Alert for a Custom Poller

Either I'm not understanding how to define the trigger properly...or there is an issue.

On all my Cisco access points I am monitoring Custom Pollers of (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.272.1.1.2.5.1.3.2) and (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.272.1.1.2.5.1.3.1).  This OIDs state the 802.11b/g and 802.11a channel each device is operating on, respectively.  The Custom Pollers are working, to include history so I can see in the graph when channels change, but I haven't been able to define an Advanced Alert that emails me WHEN channels change.  All my APs are LWAPP and the Controller determines what channel they operate on.  I'd like to receive an email anytime a device's channel changes.  Below is a screenshot of my TRIGGER.

I've manually changed the channel, attempting to trigger an email, and haven't had any success.  What am I missing?

Interestingly enough, I received a trigger alert from my configuration above last night when a Cisco 1130AG set as a bridge changed his parent AP to a different device.  The 1130's channels are set to "Repeater Parent Frequency", so whichever access point he bridges to, he assumes the same frequency.  I received a trigger notification at approximately 6:38am, but according to the Customer Poller history/stats graph, there does not appear to have been any change in channel.

A screenshot, to include the email notification date/time stamp, is attached.  The custom poller graph is unchanged.  Anyone have thoughts on why this alert triggered?  Thoughts on why I can't get it to trigger when a channel actually changes?
