The user experience (UX) group here at SolarWinds is interested in talking to some people who do not currently use Patch Manager but have an interest in finding a solution for patch management. We want to understand what you'd expect from a first time use/setup experience and perhaps show you some very early sketches of some ideas for how you might do some initial configuration tasks. These sessions will be conducted via GoToMeeting the week of April 2 and will require an hour of your time. Participants will also receive 2,000 thwack points!
As always, these types of user feedback sessions require the following caveat: we will be showing early concepts or ideas for directions the product might take, but there is no guarantee that what we show will make its way into the next version of Patch Manager or any version thereafter.
