Banner Background Color Changed??

After loading the new Netflow module onto my exiting Orion server, the banner background color changed from black to gray. It did not change at the login, just on pages there after.

Has anyone else had this happen? Does anyone know how to change it back? My company's logo has a black background, so I would like to change it back.
