We never trialed VMGR and cannot get rid of this error.
How can we make this go away? Its maddening.

it is not reading your license file, or the license file is bad. Note: it only reads the license file when it is booting up.

Just to be clear, you never installed Virtualization Manager, eval or otherwise? For whatever reason NPM thinks it is/was installed.
Silly question - can you go into the server's program manager and check out what the server thinks is installed?
No trace of VMan anywhere...
