Barracuda NLB 340

I would like to use NCM to manage configuration of my Barracuda devices. We have 2 NLB 340's. Does anyone know how we can use telnet or ssh to download the config's using NCM. I have NPM monitoring them correctly. NCM can do an inventory and such also. Just can't log into it to retrieve config's. Thanx

Hi,

are you able to log in to that device and download configs manually?

If yes, please post the steps (ideally with screenshots) here and we will help you with the template needed.

Thanx, I heard back from Barracuda and there is no Telnet access to the device. The only way to back up is to use the web interface. As I understand it NCM can't do anything without Telnet or SSh access to the device. Thanx for your reply.

OK. You are right. I can't see any way to make NCM make use of the web interface.
