Licensing vs internet connection

Hi,

From the previous posts it seems that NCM needs an internet connection in order to activate the licence. However, let's say my internet connection drops, is the NCM software going to be available? Does the NCM need an internet connection to work all the time or only to register?

That is just for licensing purposes only.

In other words, the internet connection is necessary only during the installation. Is that correct?
