How to supress twack posts downloads

Is there a way to suppress or minimize how often our server goes out to download Thwack Posts on NCM and other Solarwinds products, ie NPM.

Our network security group has blacklisted us because they see that we are constantly connecting

back to your thwack server.

If this is causing you issues, I'd simply recommend removing the thwack resources from your NCM and NPM views. Otherwise, they'll check the RSS feeds for new posts on each refresh.
