User not seeing Netflow

I have a User who is configured to see certain devices, one of which is an ASA, that he wants to see the netflow statistics on. Under my Admin view I can see that NTA is collecting everything, but under his account he is getting

I don't see where I can add those devices to his account for looking at the NTA.
