Can anyone tell me how I can find where the   RediscoveryInterval for xenapp servers. I have some that are losing there name in the node manager and I have found out by searching that by default the RediscoveryInterval is set to 15 minutes, and should be changed to 180 minutes to fix this issue.

The field, "RediscoveryInterval" is in the NodesData table if you are using Platform v2015.1.2. An earlier version would likely have it in the Nodes table.
