Historical Graphs

We have Netflow Traffic Anayliser installed and it is monitoring all the devices and their interfaces within out network.

We can get real-time bandwidth usage for our WAN circuits but I can seem to produce a graph for usage over a longer period (e.g 7 days). How can you do this?

If I use the report menu and selct historical graph the report is blank. All devices are presetning realtime transmit and recieve.

How long has this been installed?

In NetFlow Settings, what is the setting for retain compressed data?

It has been installed for somthing like 2 months now.

Keep uncompressed data = 60mins

Keep compressed data for = 90days

If I navigate to overview, select a node (cisco router) and see the interfaces and the transmit and recieve information. I can also see historical data for average response time. As mentioned when I try to change the setting to 7 days for other historicol information is says 'No Data for Selected Time Period'. Even running a historicol report from the Reports menu doesn't work.
