Advanced Alert actions?

Hey all,

I'm trying to pull information about our alerting rules out of Orion so I can expose that info to some of our internal tools. I've found the relevant fields for the trigger/reset/suppression conditions (which are pretty ungainly, but parse-able). The problem I'm running into (and the more useful info) is that I can't seem to find the trigger & reset actions - my end-goal being to be able to generate a list of email recipients and list what alerting rules they're receiving.

Any suggestions here? Am I missing something obvious or is this data not exposed?

This information is not currently available through the SDK. I have opened a feature request to get it added. The internal number is 53940.

How are you trying to get this information, using the application interface, via SQL queries or in some other way?

If you are on the most current version you can go into the admin section of the WebUI, under Manage Alerts click Managed Advanced Alerts. In there you can lick on your alerts and expand the Read-only attributes. Here you can see the Trigger Action(s) which includes the destination emails. However, without knowing how you are trying to get this data I am not sure if this will help.
