Orion scan stopped printing

I just added all printers on one of my locations to Orion. This made all printing to stop. The print-server reported all printings to spooling and no prints on the printers.
Restarting the spooler-service had no effect.
On the printserver I got WIN32 Error 259 for all prints.
Removed all the printers from Orion and restarted the print-server and print works fine again.
The print-server is a Windows 2000 Server.
I have not yet dared to try this on another location, but I guess I have too soon
Anyone seen this before?
