Hello,
we are currently evaluating the NCM suite.
Everything works like it should but there is a small problem with the user tracking/arp cache functionality.
All found MAC addresses are assigned to the router with the VLAN gateway address.
But what we really need is an allocation between MAC addresses and Switchports.
For example:
MAC Address A to Switch XYZ Port 0/1
And currently it is:
MAC Address A to Router ZZZ VLAN 555
Perhaps anybody can help.
