NPM 9.5 NCM 5.5.1: Integration Issue

Having issues integrating NCM in to my NPM website.

Running NPM 9.5 SP3 and NCM 5.51 on a GERMAN Win2K3-Server with SQL-Express.

After Installing all SPs and the Update from NCM 5.5 to 5.51 this Error remains the same:

If you start the ORION Website, choose the NCM-Menu, then you come to an overview, where you have to give your NCM-credentials to start.

Doing this you get after a while this Error-Message:

'The Orion server cannot access the Orion NCM Information service. The exact error was 'Das Handle ist ungueltig'' = The handle is invalid.

Everything else is fine, you can start the NCM-Webpage directly and log in with these credetials, the NCM ist under NCM setting properly configured.

I etsimate a problem in the way the IIS is configured or working, since a deinstall and install  of all services etc. makes no difference.

Any suggestions?

Another suggestion to try would be to verify the permissions set within the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA folder.  As a test please provide the "Everyone group" with full permissions.  This folder contains the security objects required by the NCM module. Please let us know if this resolves your issue.
