Kind of a newbe here so this might be a stupid question.
We are running Solarwinds NPM and VoIP Monitor on a WAN MPLS with 70 nodes. I am having intermitent reports of network problems and NPM's responce time and VoIP Monitors MOS, Latency, and Jiter are shoing High values or red. So oveosly there is a problem somewhere the sites that are having problems aren't peging there MPLS connection (T1) so I am thinking it's not over utilization on the circuits. I know it's allot to as but does anyone have any advice as to how to track down the problem?
