I have written a simple SQL query which looks at the number of queued emails in our Remedy system and the APM template 'seems' to work however my Statistic's data never shows anything other than 0.00. I can run the query from a command line and see a number but why can't I see this in APM?
The goal is to be able to monitor this in APM using a SQL query so I can then alert if it goes over a certain threshold.
