NPM & MAC Finder

Can I roll the MAC Finder tool from Workspace Studio (The Engineer's Toolkit) or the IP Address Tracker into NPM?  If so, how?  I'm mainly looking for the ability to keep all of these tools in a central place so all of our admins can use them.
