DRS - connection on client did not automatically load on endusers computer

I finally connected but the mouse was unresponsive for a while - then finally I could move the mouse and fix issues on enduser computer.

I did not see port 80 open on my firewall for exception - is that an issue for using DRS?

Maybe its the internet speed on my end in PHX AZ
