Cannot Connect to NTA Flow Database When Upgrading Primary Poller

I just upgraded from NPM 11.5.2 to 12.0 yesterday and today started on upgrading the modules. FIrst up was NTA. I installed the upgrade and HF2 on the Flow Storage DB. When I try to run the upgrade on the primary poller I'm getting the following error.

There is no firewall between the Flow Storage DB and the Primary Poller. Any help would be appreciated!

I powered down the VM to take a snapshot before I made any changes in regards to Solarwinds suggestions and just for fun I tried the Fastbit Studio again and it connected. I tried the install on the Primary and it worked. Not sure what rebooting did, but I guess its all it needed.

EDIT: I did see a Thwack post about having to reboot the Flow Storage Database whenever you reboot the Primary Poller. I wonder if this was this bug(?) showing up.

I tried running the FastBit Studio on the Flow Storage DB to confirm that it can locally hit the DB and I'm getting this.
