NTA 3.5 last data receive never?

I have netflow configure on my routers but one of them is giving me problems. It seems to never update and i cant click on the interface like the other routers do. I see the packets updating, snmp setting are correct. Is there a port that need to get unblock or something. thanks for any inputs.

Are you sure your config is right on the router? I think that means the server isn't seeing any netflow data.

Im pretty sure i have it configured right. I think ISP is blocking a port. Would a block port not allow me to click on the interface that im trying to see that neflow from. Cause on the other routers, that i know its working i can get to the interface and see netflow working. Its just this one router that is giving me problems ( the last data receive never and i cant click on any of the interfaces it has)

The message above indicates that NetFlow traffic hasn't gotten through to NTA. One way to check if the flows are being sent is to download our free tool to see if that will see the NetFlow data.
