Buffer Misses/Packet Loss on shutdown

Am getting a misreporting of buffer misses, packet loss and nodes down whenever I have to shutdown the Orion database. On restart some switches report 150k+ big buffer misses while others report large packet loss and eventually node down. This is an issue as events such as node down are SMS'd to the entire net team. The buffer misses is really messing up my monthly reports.

Any others experienced the same?
