Critical Error Browsing for Components in APM

I have a number of servers that won't display components when I try to browse them using 'Process Monitor - WMI' , 'Windows Service Monitor' or 'WMI Monitor' I just get a critical error when I try. However they work ok when I use 'Performance Counter Monitor' or 'Process Monitor - SNMP'.

Has anyone else had this problem, I suspect it is something to do with WMI but I don't know what I would check to see if this is the issue or how to resolve it, help!

Hello kreases,
if you get critical error in APM you should definitely open a support ticket for this. Even if your WMI is not configured correctly we should look at it.
