Search by Serial Number

Is there a way to search all of my devices for a specific serial number? I realize I can use the inventory "Physical Entities" report, but it displays way more information than necessary.

This may not be what you are interested in since I have not found a direct method.

Potential Solution:
Copy and rename (I used "Cisco SN Query") the existing physical entities report. Then, add in appropriate filters for "vendor" or "machine type" parsing down the information you need to review. This will provide you an editable filter report you can use for a variety of devices.

Note not all vendors' equipment is supported by Cirrus.

This isn't possible now, but good enhancement request. For internal folks, this is being tracked as #3217.
