Custom Event log monitor not working

Hi All,  I am new to solarwinds and I am trying to configure a custom event log monitor so that I can setup an alert. I want to monitor for an Exchange 2010 database failover, and I have decided that event ID 337 is a good one, because it indicates that a database has been mounted.

Here is how I have the event log monitor configured:

When I generate the event, I can see it in the log, but it never shows as Down in the application monitor.

so what am I missing?

If you have confirmed that all of the details in your component are accurate then the next thing to look at is how far back it's looking in the event log, I normally set this to at least 1.5 polling cycles and I typically use a 5 minute polling cycle.  Also, if you haven't already make sure the Custom Log to Monitor is type exactly correct.
