Filter Applications

Question

I have been tasked with creating a dashboard that will show the current status of a group of servers.  I am trying to Filter the All Application resource to include only 1 Application Template.  I have tried many various things in the "Filter Applications (SWQL)" box, but I am unable to get the result I am looking for.  Once I can filter this to show only 1 Application Template, I will duplicate the resource and filter by the other application templates.  This will provide me with separate box for each of the services we are monitoring.

Is there way to parse even further for ApplicationTemplate.Name = "application template name"? I'm looking to get one node in that App Template Name.

bobross is correct. You can even do partial matches such as

ApplicationTemplate.Name like '%exchange%'

This would display all applications that contain the word "Exchange" in them.

The format should be...

ApplicationTemplate.Name = 'HTTP Monitor'

In place of HTTP Monitor just put in the name of the base template.  The above SWQL filter works for me on APM 4.1.
