How do i go about creating a job? The fields are grayed out.
can you take a screenshot of your account settings? I vaguely remember having similar problem a long time ago... Make sure you open the NCM settings dropdown and make sure administrator is set.so it should look as follows,
Does not look like you have solarwinds admin rights. Just off the top of my head.
I got admin rights and no restrictions.
That was it!, I have admin rights but I completely forgot that there is more custom settings you have to look through, including ncm. Now I can create jobs, etc. Thanks!
