Any idea please. I am having error in monitoring MySQL in SAM 6.1.

if you get an error message that contains using password: NO, it means that you tried to log in without a password.

This is what Im clarifying also with SolarWinds support. The database admin of the MySQL didnt set any password thats why we leave it blank.

Do we need to asked them to set a password for that account? Please advise. Thank you.
