Error while upgrading from 8.0 to 8.1 on the creation of the database

Question

I'm upgrading from V8 to V8.1 but get an error when connecting/creating the SQL database.

1. user already exists ( which is normal )
BUT
2. providing the correct credentials I get the error
LOGIN FAILED for user 'SA'

Please explain !

I'm afraid that's not enough information for us to be very helpful.  You should probably call Support so that they can help you troubleshoot.
